He has AA, or a set here always. Maybe KK. Problem is a so many 100NL players still call with a wide range (at least wider than I would call with, 66,77,88, AK, AQ, even AT) on the flop so you don't really know you're beat until he raises the turn.

Some recent CR video (CTS I think) talks about cbetting less in 3 bet pots so I guess this is your solution. Keep the pot smaller.

edit: when I say cbet less I don't mean less often. Just make your cbet smaller here.
