pre-flop - you could make a case for simply calling for set value here, but a 3-bet is fine as well given villain's stats and the fact that he's in the steal position.
flop - c-bet is fine, but once he calls I'm done with the hand unless you have a strong read that he likes to float flops like this.
turn - you need to decide before you bet almost 2/3 of your remaining stack if you're committed or not - if you're not willing to stack off here, then don't bet.
