You need to give more history on villian. But you are basically saying "Over 33% of the time he has exactly AQ or AJ and is willing to bluff half the pot."

So, given that information, what do you think? Honestly, without a more specific read and without knowing results I don't like the play...you can wait for much better opprotunities.
