ah, thanks garland. yeah that makes sense. just to clarify one point:

"A player who enters a game within five minutes after time is collected (when paid in half hour increments) shall be required to pay time. A player entering more than five minutes after time is collected shall not be required to pay time. Time shall be not be pro-rated."

does this mean that i could theoretically get like 20-25 "free" minutes by entering 6 minutes after they collect time? i wouldn't have to pay until the next collection 24 minutes later? obviously i won't have much control over this as i'll be sitting when a seat opens up, but i'm just curious.
