Looks like he either 1)wants you to fold here (he has a pair less than T, or , 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]) or 2)flopped a set and is hoping you have the T so he can get it AI. Vs. a half stack I'm just getting it in here. He probably thinks your flop bet was an auto-cbet, and no overs fell on the turn, so his marginal hand is good.
