i think you're 2.89 to win 8.04... so 35.9% pot odds... about 8% to hit your set (assume it wins).... don't see 27% that he's betting a paired 10 or a straight draw (your J's block the straight quite well, but opponent doesn't know that for sure)...
so i guess i'd fold.... hope this isn't horrible advice.... smaller, more probing bet on flop??? then your pot odds are much worse, and much easier fold (of course, villain could play it differently, but you'll probably shut down on turn anyway and not lose anymore money)...
