Front Squat: 59x5, 64x5, 68x5, 73x5, 77x5
Pendlay Row: 66x5 for 5 sets
Bench Press: 80x4 for 4 sets, 80x3
only had 30 seconds rest between the 4th and 5th sets because the gym was closing down so I wasn't able to squeeze out 5)
