If you think he's FOS, it doesnt matter as much what you have. If you're CO and he's button, you can call 3 bet and c/r flop or donk flop, or you can just 4bet light pf.
Basically, you're not planning to hit flop and be good against his legitimate; if this were plan, you should fold pf. So, 'which hands are good to call' 3 bet isnt great question.
