I don't think you would take this line if you read the stack sizes in the original post. Villian has a starting stack of of 62 dolars so after his preflop call and flop call that leaves him with 44 dollars in his stack and 36 in the pot. If you call anything on the turn than you don't have a tough decision on the river because you have committed yourself to the hand.

I think that you either have to lead the turn about 1/2 pot and call a push or check raise all in. With this much money in the pot and the villian only having that much behind I don't think that you can really get away from your Q high flush. If you lose...oh well move on to the next hand and be happy that you have position on a donkey with a big stack.
