You can always rep top set. I think controlling the aggression/initiative is always key against these guys, if they ck-raise light, then you shouldn't give them that opportunity, you 3 bet them light and show more muscle than a standard Cbet.
You definitely can't make this play all of the time, but it has lots of value against certain types of opponents.
