i dont necessarily think he will raise any 9 or better. the main problem for you is that with your turn raise you havent ascertained much information about where you're at. your line is so weird, and people tend to look you up light in those situations. he might be calling with A9, QT and be planning to call down pretty much any sized river bet, or he could have a monster and just giving you rope to make a spewy play. he probably doesnt put you on a flush draw given your line so i dont think you can bluff those cards with much success either. i really dont get why you would take this line, just looks like unnecessary spew to me. but then again i have been accused of being uncreative at times so meh, take my advice fwiw.
