I tried fixing my grip. I'd been bending my wrists, but it was getting very painful now that I'm squatting a lot of weight. Fixing my grip was tough on my shoulders. Had to drop the weight for the 2nd and 3rd sets
Bench
Decided to try to attempt a max out.

Turns out that 205 isn't my max, I was pleased to be able to put it up twice.
Afterwords I completed
3x5x170 fairly easily
