fold preflop to the 3bet (or push - but you are behind this guys range I think so folding is better)

He has AK or JJ+ most often I think, he only raises 8% of hands which is ~ any pp, AQ+, AJs (lets say he raises ~10-12% really and that our sample is too small) his 3bet range is likely going to be tighter especially when he 3bets an EP opener

as played call and re-evaluate river.

If the turn bets a bluff with QQ/KK hoping you'll fold a weak Ace he isn't following up on the river often with another bet so we can check behind and see a SD.

Turn is offering ~4:1 odds and I think at least one time in 5 here he is running a bluff with his JJ-KK thinking that we don't have the Ace cos we checked the flop, so calling is goot.
