I worked as a server/bartender for years, so I'm a good tipper. Those jobs suck and they are harder than most people realize.
I go to my "local" casino (1.5 hours away) a few times a year. I tip too much, but I don't mind. At least $1 per pot, sometimes $2 and $5 for big pots. The dealers always remember me and go out of their way to help me at the desk, etc. I consider tipping just part of live play. I believe in Karma, too.
Haven't left the casino down yet (knock wood), including paying tips, food, drink, and hotel.
