In regards to the HHs that supposedly "can't be found" - I emailed Absolute back in September, along with a few other poker sites, asking for their data retention policy. Someone from support assured me that they have a backup of all the hands I ever played on their servers (although I don't actually plan on playing there - I was just enquiring about their data retention).

In saying that, I know that HHs do actually cost a lot of money and resources to store (one of the reasons why I was asking about data retention in the first place) - it's not as simple as saying 500GB HDs only cost $100 so everyones HHs should fit on $2000 worth of hardware (or whatever low amount). The actual cost is more than 100x this amount.

- Registered email address

In regards to your transaction history we can send you a summary of your deposits withdrawals and transfers. In this summary you will be able to see dates, amounts, descriptors or processors and trace ID.
