Many good suggestions in this thread, I just want to add one thing re tilt/letting results affect you. It's a variation on 'results don't matter' and it's going to sound simple but for some reason it only really sunk in for me tonight.

If you are the kind of person who is both self-critical and plays poker partly for the satisfaction of being good at it (I am both), it is very easy to equate bad results with being bad at poker, and to let the feeling that you are bad at poker cloud your judgment. It is so important to be able to mentally separate winning from "success," especially if feeling unsuccessful will make you play badly.

If you are actually playing like [censored], it's important to recognize that, point is that temporary results and temporary mistakes are, in fact, temporary, and neither defines how good you are at poker.
