agree about the initial c/r because it can actually lead to winning ui, but i don't see why you want to eliminate utg once hero 3-bets the flop 3-way. i don't see how it's ever a good outcome because once hero does this on the flop, it's very unlikely that the K6 wins without improvement. so now he's just hu with a draw against a better hand that's going to showdown. if someone forced me to try to justify the cap, i'd say it's almost for value and it'll likely make them play wrong on the turn when i hit since they won't put me on the draw.
