Default 2/4 B&M - Should I minus 2 SB from flop pot due to rake?

I play 2/4 B&M where rake is $1 for every $10 (up to a maximum of $3), plus $1 bad beat jackpot drop (if $20 dollars in the pot) plus usual $1 tip (if pot is not super small). So I guess the average is $4 taken from every pot (i.e. 2 SB).

What is the easiest way to incorporate this into counting pot size? Should I simply deduct 2 SB from the flop pot size and base my decisions on that? I'm beginning to think this might actually have a fairly reasonable affect on the number of times I'm seeing the turn; I've been peeling a lot of 4-outer flops getting in the neighbourhood of 7/8:1 but these would be folds getting only 5/6:1.

How do you do things?
