Default Min bet on flop, checks turn to flop raise, open shoves river

Hey guys, I just ran into this hand, and was really wondering what the right thing to do is on all the streets. Not really sure what his min bet is supposed to mean, but when I got 2 calls I was nervous. I figured check the turn to try and control the pot size, but maybe I should have led out?
