The best thing what u up ahead is AK. A BB raiser is a very strong move preflop. I think capping is not the right thing to do if the others will call. Or u can cap it ofcourse when they are weak/passive.

Flop: He got Aces or trips kings. definlity. He is protecting his hand here. Either way u should call here. He can make a move like this from the BB with pocket queens.

Since u got no reads u will be better of when think he is a good player then u wont make a mistake like raising this.
I mean Do you 3 bet KQs from the BB With already a utg+1 raiser, i dont think so..

if he is making moves like a donkey with PP queens, make a note. U should call this down in this big pot. See what will bring, maybe he is stuppid enough and so not u got value information. only when a king comes on turn or river u raise this(naturaly)..
