Get it when you have a monster, please. You beat almost anything and if he has the straight, you have 10 (not 11) outs = in about ~20% you spike a full house or quads on the river.

By the way: Villain is not loose passive (only preflop), he is quite aggressive as his AF of 2.5 indicates.
