Default 600 party - options with AA on flop

I've been playing quite tight over 30 hands at the table, running like 12/8, table is all regs chasing one big fish. My stats come up 23/17ish.

The guy is a heavy reg, 23/19/2.4 over 2k. Two notes of history: he stacked off to me with 2nd pocket pair in a 3bet pot, and another time I watched as he called a 3bet with A4s, and called AI with Aces.

Opinions on how often he's going to have a draw vs. other hands here, and what would be the best line?
