Two more that I forgot:
NiGHTS - The original, with a Saturn which I bought 8 years ago specifically to play NiGHTS and Panzer Dragoon Saga, neither of which I've done. The system and game are currently in the possession of the guy I borrowed Zelda: Oracle of Ages from.
Police Quest Collection - Actually part 2 is the only one I've never beaten, but 3 and 4 were over 13 years ago so I'm going to do them again.
