I don't agree with this range, first of all he's not doing this with all PP's 66+, just 66, 99, JJ+.
Also OP said he was playing almost every hand, so I think we have to include hands like J9, JT, QJ, KJ.
My experience is that a lot of times these donks will put you on top pair on the flop and think their J just outdrew you.
