The way the villain has played this hand is typical of how players at 25NL play v. strong hands - check/call flop , check/raise turn so I think we definitely put him on a hand here..

Seems like you have equity in the hand, giving him quite a narrow range on stove gives:

obviously if you put smaller pairs and air in there (and AK?) ur equity goes up but i think his hand is within this range..

As played I would call the minraise and see what happens on the turn (prolly c/c)

Edit: J9 should be in range..
