I think most of his range is made hands. If he wants to strong-arm a combo draw, why would the villain checkraise? He would lead out a bet instead. On a semibluff I don't see how he thinks he can push OP off his hand after making such a strong c-bet.

Even if he is on a combo draw he has a lot of outs and I think he's pushing all in by the end of the hand when the OP has not hit anything. If you play the hand past the flop you might as well push right then. This is way too much money for this board so that's another reason I fold the c/r flop.
