I'd never fold here. His check/raise isn't as strong as it seems because he's seen the other two players fold already. He has a really wide range when he c/r the flop, most of which we're ahead of; I think he has a pair and a straight draw (78, 89, T9) or some sort of flush draw with overs often enough to justify putting our stack in here on the flop. There's also a chance that he's been getting tired of your cbets and just wants to bluff you off of a hand.
As played I'd shove the turn, you're still ahead of his range.
