Default Two straight early bustouts...did I take unnecessary risks?

After a bit of a bad stretch, I decided to withdraw funds from my FTP account and just leave $100 and rebuild a BR. So I'm playing $2 SnGs for now. Off to a solid start with 9 cashes in 16 tries. But had two early bustouts this morning on hands that were decent but not locks. In both cases, I had a sense I was ahead, but my question is whether you think getting all my chips in as I did in both cases was unnecessary at the low blind levels I was at or whether you think I'm likely ahead enough of the time to take that chance.

Hand 1

Second hand of the tourney, so no read at all. After the action to this point, I should probably assume I'm behind QQ-AA, but in just a handful of SnGs at the $2 level, I've seen some pretty bad all-ins, so figured I had decents odds against the range of a typical $2 donk and called. But think that was an unnecessary risk to take?

Hand 2

In this hand, the raiser was raising to 150 for the third hand in a row. He hadn't been crazy all tourney, but I had him labeled as fairly loose-aggressive. Making the big all-in re-raise with TT is perhaps too risky, but I've been reading Collin Moshman's new SnG book and with solid, but vulnerable hands like AK, JJ, TT, I think he recommends such play during the middle levels. I could be wrong though. What do you think?
