Nope we are 3handed (button is still to act), it's better to raise in this situation to protect our hand. If hu then there's a good reason to wait for turn to raise, however some ppl will put u on an overpair & may fold if played this way. Therefore against those types u should generally raise flops as they'll want to look u up hoping u r raising OC's. Against donks/fish/SD monkeys I like popping the turn cause they'll always pay off.
