I too have been getting the AVG trojan error. I have the free version of AVG and have been able to gain access to and use FTS by turning off Resident Shield. Just open up the AVG Control Center, double click on the Resident Shield box and then uncheck the "Turn on AVG Free Resident Shield protection" checkbox. After this I was able to use FTS.

I was also originally getting the error others have mentioned:

This sounds to me as if the file has been locked by AVG and then not "released" correctly. Ppl can try rebooting after turning off AVG resident shield and this may release the file FullTiltShortcuts.exe.

If this does not work, a great freeware utility you can try is called Unlocker that you can download here. Basically what this does is allows you to force a release of the file. Even if you don't use it for this, it is a great utility to have around [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img].

BTW I am using Windows XP.

Also, I uploaded this file to a site that runs multiple AV programs against the file. A number of AV programs found something suspicious in the file. Here is the output:
