i don't think so. keep in mind i had erroneously pictured the situation as he was ordering 6 beers at one time to take down to the party.

Deleted my post as I was rereading what you said because I'm not quite sure how you're picturing it all happening. My take was that they had ordered 3 drinks, 3 times and were paying with cash without tipping.
