Actually.. quite a few do, but w/out prerequisites, the subject matter taught may not be retained or may be "unlearnable" due to lack of base knowledge. Now for basic prereq gen-ed classes I agree. I mean why the eff was I required to take a history class when majoring in electrical engineering?
