Default A new approach to stopping online cheaters?

I was just skimming the long sillysal post and a way of stopping cheaters of all stripes occurred to me. I haven't really thought it through, but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway. This is just a sketch:

1) When you sign up for a site, you agree to give them permission to enter the room where you play poker and to search your hard drives or risk surrendering your account balance.
2) Suppose the site suspects that you are a cheater.
3) The site uses whatever methods are available to determine your physical location and times when you are likely to be playing.
4) They fly out a two man investigation team.
5) When they see you are playing online, they flash a chat window that tells you that you are the target of a pokersite investigation and that you need to allow the investigators (who by now are outside your door) to search your office and hard drive.
6) Of course you can refuse them entry, but you then you may forfeit your balance.

OK, flame away.
