Default Sick river card with the nut straight

Villain is running at 16/13 and seems pretty aggro. I opted to call the CR on the turn because I'd still have good odds to call a shove and that if he was making a move I could hopefully get the rest of his stack on the river. Obviously I've also got an OESFD as well.

I don't think a worse card could have come. Is this still a call?
