Preflop is a raise. This is a clear raise, not a marginal situation. QJT9ds is one of the biggest hands.
Flop is a pot bet. If you had raised preflop, you would be committed to this hand, and it's not bad. As played, pot.
Turn is a pot bet. If you had raised preflop, you would already be all-in on the flop. If you didn't raise preflop but had potted flop, you would be shallow enough to comfortably call a raise all-in.
Instead, you have a crappy situation caused by insufficient betting on previous rounds. However, you have to get it all-in.
