C/r on flop sucks balls. You are essentially pushing out 3 other players who are left to act.
Also if you c/c here and lead turn, you will get more value from overpairs. Where as if you had c/r flop I think CO is insta-folding his whole range except T/x ( but most likely you'll stack him anyways if he has T/x) considering how you just c/r a multiway pot on a dry board.
