Default Stars 10+rebuy flush draw with scary board

This is probably super easy but I'll ask anyway because the way I play it adds a lot to my variance and I think it's important I get it right.

Easy shove?

As far as reads go, the original raiser called a few times with some crazy stuff during the rebuy. Post-rebuy he seemed solid.

We just got back to the same table two hours later and the bubble burst about 5 hands ago.

I know nothing about the SB.

Do I have FE against OR's range (what is his range on this minraise anyway, with blinds this large i'm not sure if this is a monster or a cheap steal)?
