I've seen some 18/10 with a steal % of 12, some with 25.
Really just depends.
With only 60bb, 3betting light sucks, esp against someone so tight.
Prob something that I'm willing to felt if he shoves over me.
JJ/TT+, AK (assuming he doesn't steal too much).
Answer changes if he's 100bb.
I would 3bet more b/c I can get away from hands.
