Everything I know about him, yes.
From what I hear, he's always been tight with BR management, so hitting the JP will probably give him a lot more play in the higher limits.
One high stakes regular on AP has told me that he's not very happy about that.
So, I'd say that he is good. I haven't personally seen him play a lot though.
