Nobody's mentioned c/f turn and I think it's worth discussing. With someone all-in on the flop, I think for button to make a large turn bet with a hand we beat is pretty rare. Also our hand is pretty face-up if we bet, and he's a regular so I don't think we can expect him to stack off that light in this spot - again, because why would we be bluffing with someone all-in on the flop?

Also, Noam, simple reason for squeezing to at least 38 is that any smaller would be making less than a pot-sized raise, which is especially bad when 200bb deep vs someone.
