Agreed. This works. I 2nd it nice to have Thremp back [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

Other tempo methods work well also. Its a tough question to ask because diffrent speeds work also. Like a 401 tempo which is 4 seconds lowering, no pause and 1 second up for example dumbell bicep curls.
