Minraise commits you to the pot so you must like your hand to make this play - he'll know this. I think this option is most likely to shut him down so not good.
Calling stinks as it's too suspicious on that board. It's doubtful you've raised with JT three handed so he may put you on a set. Calling would be good to induce another bet on the turn but you're risking an A falling or him freezing up.
I'd push as he could put you on a bluff or if he did get some part of the flop you're favourite anyway.
