heh, its the philippines. this place is heaven on earth. apart from all that sexytime stuff, its seriously so beautiful here. over 7000 islands in this country, many of which have beautiful white sand beaches and are next to uninhabited. tomorrow i go to el nido and the bacuit archipelago for 5-6 days, where i'll see stuff like this:
and then to the coron islands where there are shipwrecks from ww2 that you can go diving in
and on top of all that, its cheap as hell. a beer at a bar is going to cost you like about a dollar tops, and at more local bars like 30 cents. a meal at a nice restaurant will set you back a hefty 10 dollars, and a meal at decent restaurant will rarely cost more than 5 bucks.
im considering spending a year here (if its possible) after i get back from this trip... gonna have to look into it.
