I have to disagree with all the people saying raise in hand 1. Perhaps I didn't emphasise it strongly enough, but I'm describing the sort of players who cold-call too much and rarely fold their blinds. With only a small chance of isolating the limper, I don't think raising accomplishes anything except cutting into your implied odds.
