12:20 A.M. – A student at University Square Apartments west reported to security that another student he knew had urinated from the balcony above onto his downstairs window. Upon investigation the victim identified the suspect and the party he was attending was broken up by security. A copy of this report will be forwarded to the Director of Housing for her review.
