ok man here's the deal. you're in love with a girl you haven't hooked up with. Odds are, she's not in love with you. I've been there man. It's really hard to deal with, especially the part where she doesn't like you, so I suggest you just talk to her and tell her you like her. This will probably bring her to say that she doesn't like you, and you can work from there. Only do this if you think it will help, but pretty much the only other option is to get her out of your life and try to date other girls, and try to make your moves before you get all obsessed, and start imagining what your future with her could be like.
Obsession is not attractive. Those who are obsessed are hurt by it. Have you done things like paid for this girls drinks(or drugs, or given her gifts) without her returning the favor ever? If this is the case, GTFO now.
