Almost all books allow you to do this. I know every once in a while some won't, but that is only when they are (almost obviously) correlated. But, even then, I cannot remember this happening anytime recently.

I guess the games that I've tried to do it on have been flagged. I try to do it on College games with huge spreads that are close to the total. I found one small book that will still take them, but a lot of places that won't take them.
