Regarding the preflop call, it's not a terrible idea heads-up against most players, but you should nearly always c/r the flop when you do it (and the rest of the time probably slowplay to the turn). That way you still get your deception and your raise.
I think the rest of the postflop play is good if you were folding to a river raise. It looks like he probably had Qx.
