If you are going to raise flop, raise it more. Also raise turn more for value. Call river. Hand looks pretty standard against a maniac which I'm assuming he is if these stats are over a reasonable sample.
Who value bets this river? I'd probably just call but I'm not so sure this is appropriate given the villan...
