Hand 1 I bet 11 on the flop, esp if its not heads up. Against a good player I'd call the raise then try to felt it on the turn. Against an unknown or a donk, your play is perfect.

Hand 2 is fine, I cant really see not raising and given stacks I cant see not pushing.
